Our standard rental is 5 hours (after setup and before pickup). Extra hours can be added for $100/hour.

Yes! ✅ Everything is sanitized after every event with child-safe products.

Designed for toddlers 1–5 years old. Children over 5 years old may only use the bounce houses, not the full soft-play area.

Yes, we handle delivery, setup and takedown. Please note: delivery is not included in the rental price and depends on your location.

• If it rains before setup, we can reschedule at no extra cost (subject to availability).
• If it rains after setup, the rental is still considered valid and the payment remains the same.

Yes, we require a $30 deposit on the day of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is paid once setup is completed.

A flat, safe surface is required (grass, turf, concrete, or indoor floor). We cannot set up on gravel, mud or uneven ground.

We accept Zelle, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and payment links are included in the invoice you receive when booking.
