Rules, Safety & Booking
We care about clean, safe and stress-free fun. Please review the policies below before booking.
Safety & Cleanliness
- Equipment is sanitized after every event using child-safe products.
- Please keep shoes, food and drinks outside the soft-play area.
- Remove sharp objects, pens, face paint, glitter and chewing gum.
- Socks recommended. No pets inside the play area.
Supervision
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- We are not a childcare service; parents/guardians are responsible for children.
Ages & Capacity
- Recommended for toddlers 1–5.
- Maximum capacity depends on the package (we’ll advise during booking).
Space & Setup Requirements
- Flat, clean surface free of hazards (grass, concrete, turf or indoor floors).
- Space must be ready at arrival; please clear the area before we arrive.
- We avoid set-ups on mud, gravel or uneven ground.
- Keep sprinklers off and pets away during the event.
Weather Policy
- For rain/high winds we may reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- If weather changes during the event, we may pause or remove equipment for safety.
Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to secure the date; balance due before setup.
- We accept: WhatsApp/Invoice links, Zelle, card (fees may apply).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 72+ hours notice: deposit can be moved to a new date within 90 days.
- <72 hours: deposit is non-refundable (can be credited at our discretion).
- No-shows: full amount due.
Damage & Liability
- Renter is responsible for damage due to misuse or negligence.
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.
- Please report any issue immediately.
Day-of Instructions
- We’ll confirm arrival window. Setup ~30–60 min (package-dependent).
- Keep driveway/access clear for loading.
- Power/water only if add-ons require it (we’ll advise).
After the Event
- Keep the area clear until pickup; please ensure children exit the play area.
